Bianca Flores Consulting provides support for nonprofit organizations and individuals, centering healing and liberation in all we do. I support leaders to ground into their authentic selves so that they can powerfully align with their values and move towards a more equitable and loving world.
Because of my experience as a leader working (and burning out) in the health, nonprofit, and social change sectors for over twenty years, I have a deep desire to support leaders and organizations in reaching for social change while honoring their fullest selves. I want to support leaders to create sustainable practices for social change work to pre-empt burnout, achieve their goals in a way that’s authentic to them, and move in alignment with their visions and values.
Florecemos: Nonprofit Leadership Circle
Our cornerstone program Florecemos: Nonprofit Leadership Circle is an eight month program for senior and executive nonprofit leaders that provides support, knowledge, skills, and spiritual nurturing to those working towards a more equitable and loving world centering women, nonbinary, and people of color leaders.
Coaching
Coaching can be a powerful tool for anyone. I utilize a healing-centered approach that honors each individual for who they are at this moment while supporting them to stretch to meet any personal and/or professional goals. Together, we explore any barriers to change with curiosity and compassion while centering your humanity as you grow, heal, and transform.
Organizational Services
I provide organizational support to nonprofits focused on social change interested in creating sustainable people and heart-centered approaches to their work, including:

Florecemos solidified for me that because of my experience as a queer Tejana, I have the experience from my ancestors and my own experience to lead my organization in a way that truly emulates racial equity.
