Coaching

Coaching can be a powerful tool for anyone. I utilize a healing-centered approach that honors each individual for who they are at this moment while supporting them to stretch to meet any personal and/or professional goals. Together, we explore any barriers to change with curiosity and compassion while centering your humanity as you grow, heal, and transform.

Do you find yourself confused, stuck, doubting yourself, not sure which way to go or possibly burnt out? Are you being called to make a change and don’t know where to start? Are you desiring to work in deeper alignment with your vision and values?

What to Expect

I prefer to schedule ninety-minute coaching sessions, because while we won’t always use the entire time, I find spaciousness is important in coaching to prevent feeling rushed in an hour or less. I recommend committing to at least three sessions to make a noticeable impact.

Our first session (or discovery session) allows me to get to know you, your background, motivations, values, and desires. During the discovery session, we also begin to name and set goals and intentions for our time together. During the second session we will review, discuss, and refine your goals. From there on, you will set the agenda each time we meet. We will frequently reflect and assess how the relationship and work feels for you to determine when to close or transition our work together.

I commit to provide healing-centered coaching that supports my client to tap into and trust the knowledge within and activate self-growth and liberation.

Always we hope
Someone else has the answer
Some other place will be better,
Some other time it will all turn out.
This is it.
No one else has the answer
No other place will be better,
And it has already turned out.
At the center of your being
You have the answer,
You know who you are
And you know what you want.
There is no need
To run outside
For better seeing.
Nor to peer from a window.
Rather abide at the center of your being;
For the more you leave it, the less you learn.
Search your heart
And see
The way to do
Is to be.
 ~ Lao Tzu

Over my relatively short lifetime I have experienced my fair share of difficult transitions—death, divorce, changing careers, feeling paralyzed by fear and indecision, and witnessing the suffering of others’ addiction and incarceration. Liminal experiences and transitions like these can be heart-wrenching, and often, we are left without any examples of what the in-between spaces can look like. With coaching, I offer a hand to hold as clients explore both the depths of their being as well as the everyday challenges that life brings.

Coaching is not therapy and I am not a licensed mental health professional. I am here to support you, witness and reflect your power back to you, and offer you insight and affirmation. Our sessions will be present and future-oriented, relying on your own wisdom and resources.

Intrigued? If so, consider scheduling a no-cost 30-minute practice session or meeting to just get to know me a little more.
What people say about coaching with Bianca:
“It was helpful to talk to someone confidentially about stressors and areas of stuckness. Speaking my goals, intentions, and dreams aloud was clarifying and helped me stay motivated to work through the temporary challenges I was facing.”
“I know Bianca is not a therapist, but her sessions often did feel therapeutic! She offers a gentle, safe presence and does not press or try to steer the session (she allows for whatever needs to come up in the moment).”
“Her sessions were more than just organizing my goals, she helped me to feel more connected to myself and find a route for my dreams. She offers a safe space where we can be vulnerable, find support and see with more clarity what I want for my future.”
