Florecemos envisions a world where change leaders feel loved, supported, and well equipped while creating and building sustainable organizations and movements. The circle provides individual and collective support, knowledge, skills, and spiritual nurturing to nonprofit leaders who are working towards a more equitable and loving world centering women, nonbinary, and people of color leaders.

Program Overview
The third circle (cohort) is set to begin in March 2025 and will consist of 8-10 senior and executive nonprofit leaders from throughout the state of Texas.
The program consists of:
- In-person, half-day retreats on Friday, March 28th, 2025 and Friday, June 27th, 2025 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Location TBD in Central Texas between Austin and San Antonio
- 3-hour Zoom sessions every month, 9:00 am – 12:00pm
- Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025
- Wednesday, May 28th, 2025
- Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025
- Wednesday, August 27th, 2025
- Wednesday, September 24th, 2025
- Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025
- In-person, 2-night closing retreat- Friday, November 7th – Sunday, November 9th, 2025. Afternoon arrival and late morning departure. Location TBD in Central Texas between Austin and San Antonio.
This leadership circle is an intimate space and is intended for leaders who wish to bravely and honestly dive deep to explore themselves as whole people primarily, but also within the context of their nonprofit leadership role while envisioning their potential impact within their organization.
Program Cost: $1,500-$3,000*
- $1,500 for annual budgets less than $500,000
- $2,000 for annual budgets between $500,000 and $1.5M
- $3,000 for annual budgets greater than $1.5M
*If your organization is not paying for your participation, please discuss with Bianca what cost will best meet your needs and the sustainability of the program. Payment plans also available both for organizations and individuals.
